The program for the Global Rugby Leadership Conference 2023 is still being put together.

However, a number of key themes with rugby experts will undoubtedly be presented during these two days of seminars.

-A presentation by Tech XV (French coaches' association) on the evolution of rugby coaching professions, with Didier Retiere (ASM), Gilbert Gascou, Riadh Djait (LOU) and Julien Deloire (LOU) in attendance.
-A presentation on the history of rugby and the analysis between belief and science in the evolution of rugby by Derek Catsam and Joris Vincent.
-A round table on the organization of a national team by Sebastien Dupoux (Switzerland Rugby), Mathieu Guyou-Kreis (Switzerland Rugby), Marius Tincu (Romania) and Frédéric Cocqu (Belgium).
-A round table on women's rugby, with speakers still to be announced.
-A presentation of new rugby products by Mathieu Renaud, who will do so during a tour of the Matmut stadium facilities.
-A round table on the changing status of referees, presented by Philippe Marguin and co.
-A round table on training by Philippe Agostini, director of the LOU Rugby training center, Jean-François Vulliez, director of the OL training center (soccer) and Pierre Graal, president of the LDLC academy (basketball).
